The advantage of this communication method is that the programming effort is limited to the output of a file, which significantly reduces it. A practical example: An XML file with freight and invoice data is generated from the ERP system and automatically sent to the Trade Monkey Server (TMS). On the TMS, the XML file is processed using Swiss e-dec to create an e-dec export. The response (as a PDF file or as a ZIP file with PDF or XML files) is then optionally sent back via the SFTP connection or email.

Another example is address verification for sanctions. For this, a JSON file containing all used addresses is sent to the Trade Monkey Server. The check runs automatically there, and potential matches remain in the workflow for user processing. Users are notified via email and then place the potential matches on either the blacklist or whitelist. These entries are saved for future searches, thereby reducing effort.

Essentially, you can combine all Trade Monkey modules with the Installer. We’ll adjust the file structure and workflow to meet your specific requirements. Your ERP system will remain unaffected, both in its configuration and during updates.
