What are the Functions of Swiss WUP?
Long-term Supplier's Declaration (LSD)
The purpose of the LSD is to represent the preferences of Swiss suppliers. For this, there is the option to define the LSD per supplier and then send it to the supplier via link. This way, the supplier can update their articles online and upload the signed PDF.
API Interface
Swiss WUP offers customized interfaces and can be connected to all common ERP systems. Master data, movement data, and bills of materials are the raw material for Swiss WUP; it manages and organizes supplier declarations and other preference proofs. Thanks to the API interfaces, the software automatically imports all required data in the background and synchronizes it quickly and easily. This way, your data is always up-to-date, you save time, and errors are avoided.
Calculation of Free Trade Agreements
Swiss WUP determines the origin of goods based on the master data from the ERP and proves it without doubt. Sales items can be calculated individually or as a mass run. Our software automatically calculates the preference status based on the stored list rules of the various free trade agreements. Receipt of eVV
As soon as the data is captured, it is immediately and automatically loaded into the Swiss e-dec tool, and you receive the approval for the authorized export immediately. With Swiss eVV, the tedious task of gathering documents is a thing of the past.
Preference in Export
With Swiss WUP, you can calculate every order before shipment in export. This ensures that the preference and the preference country are correct. This information is directly transferred to the customs invoice. If the status “authorized exporter” is not given, Swiss WUP creates an EUR.1 if needed. The threshold values are stored and immediately displayed when exceeded. This way, you always have everything correctly documented for customs.
